5. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service. AI-generated content produced by the Service is licensed to you for your personal or business use. You may use generated content in your marketing, social media, and website materials. We do not claim ownership of the final published content you create using our tools.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your input data solely for the purpose of generating content and improving our AI models. We do not use your proprietary business information to train general-purpose AI models accessible to other users.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Details of pricing, billing cycles, and included features are available on our Pricing page. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

The Service includes monthly usage limits on AI-generated content, including images and text generations. These limits are designed to ensure fair use and manage service costs. If you consistently exceed standard usage limits, we may contact you about upgrading to a plan that better fits your needs.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC PURPOSES.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or be inappropriate for your jurisdiction or audience. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all content before publication.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENT CONTENT STUDIO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
